(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba County Sheriff’s Department reports that its Marijuana Eradication Team seized eight firearms, including assault rifles & high capacity magazines, and “nearly 3,000 marijuana plants” in the 7500 block of Redhill Way in Browns Valley.

42-year-old Nicholas Bird was arrested.

In addition to weapons and plants, psychedelic mushrooms were also located along with $28,000 cash.
