(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – A Facebook post from the Yuba County Sheriff’s Marijuana Eradication Team reports a major marijuana bust. A search warrant was served in the 5800 block of Fruitland Road and “the heavily fortified residence had over 700 plants, an illegal firearm and other code violations.”

The post, while replete with impressive edited video and “original audio” does not include any information regarding suspects arrested. It does note however that “METYU operations are funded through a grant and do not pull out personnel from their regular duties.”
