(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba City Police Department reports the arrests of two San Francisco men in suspicion of shoplifting: 23-year-old Ugur Gelturn and 24-year-old Halil Birlickler were taken into custody at 4:00 last Friday afternoon and booked into the Sutter County Jail.
