(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Twin Rivers Charter School in Yuba City has again been recognized by the state as a California Distinguished School, one of just 356 out of 5,872 California elementary schools receiving the honor.

The California Distinguished Schools Program recognizes schools for “their excellent work in one of 2 categories: Closing the achievement gap and achieving exceptional student performances.”

The state announced its Distinguished Schools every 2 years. Twin Rivers was also recognized in 2021.
