(OROVILLE) – In Oroville, the cops want the gunman…after a man is
wounded near Foothill Boulevard and Oro-Quincy Highway, early Wednesday.

Officers find the victims, who was shot several times in the lower portion of his body. He is taken to an area hospital and currently in stable condition. Witnesses say the two got into an argument…then the gunfire.
