(County of Sutter release) – The Sutter County Road Crew of Development Services was out on Franklin Road near Humphreys Road yesterday replacing a collapsed culvert. Franklin Road remains closed to through traffic between Humphreys and Clements Road until the road repairs are completed, the major portion of the job is completed.
