(BUTTE COUNTY) – In Butte County Superior Court Johnny Cabrera, of Oroville gets 15 years to life in state prison for the 2017 Christmas day murder of a rival gang member and neighbor.

The sentencing came after Cabrera pled no contest to second-degree murder back in September.
