(NorCal, CA) — The Lincoln Police Department reports the arrests of 38-year-old Violet Johnson of Marysville and 45-year-old Christy Olson & 38-year-old Mai Thao, both of Olivehurst, for mail theft. A police department spokesperson tells Fox 40 that they have located 53 mail theft victims and “115 additional identified property owners of the mail that was stolen.”

Investigators believe that the three local woman were part of a larger coordinated group stealing mail from “various community cluster mailboxes in the Sacramento, Olivehurst and Lincoln areas.”
