(Sacramento, CA) — Nearly 100 California state parks are closed because of all the storms. That includes Big Basin and Henry Cowell Redwoods State Parks in Santa Cruz County, Pescadero State Park in San Mateo County, Cardiff State Beach in San Diego County and Carpinteria State Beach in Santa Barbara County. Most have seen trees topple from strong winds.

The rains also flooded roads and damaged trails and campgrounds.
