(Sacramento, CA) — The Sacramento region, including the Yuba-Sutter area, is about to see a temperature drop and a storm system moving in, according to the National Weather Service in Sacramento.

Temperatures today and tomorrow will reach the low 80s, after which there will be a chance for some showers in Yuba-Sutter and Sacramento. Widespread rain and mountain snow will begin on Saturday. Our area will reach a high near 67 with a chance of rain after eleven in the morning. There’s a slight chance of showers after eleven at night.

Sunday and Monday return to mostly sunny, but the weather service says cooler temperatures will move us through next week, with a slight chance for showers throughout the week.
