(Yuba-Sutter, CA) — The first day of spring is going to be a lot like most of the winter in Northern California. Another round of wet weather is expected this week. The storm that started Sunday is forecast to last through Wednesday — bringing more rain to the valleys and several feet of snow to the mountains of the Sierra Nevada.

Caltrans is requiring chain controls on both directions of Interstate 80 between Truckee and Rainbow.
