(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The North State Building Association’s February report shows new home sales in Yuba County continue to surge, with 38 sold last month. That’s 14 more than January, double December’s numbers and 37% more than February of last year,

The association, which tracks new home sales in the seven county Sacramento Region, reports last month’s new home sales total of 762 is the highest February volume in almost two decades, since 2005 “when 908 homes sold during the height of the housing boom.”
