(YUBA COUNTY) – In a story that went viral, a Yuba County father gets
four years in prison after he was caught beating his wife all
videotaped by the couple’s 9-year-old son, prosecutors say.

Miguel Castillo, 38, pled no contest to felony domestic violence, false
imprisonment and a misdemeanor child abuse charge. His three children,ages 15, 14 and 9, were at home when deputies found Castillo sitting onhis wife, surrounded by bloody tissues, we reported.
