(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – At their meeting yesterday morning, the Yuba County Board of Supervisors unanimously approved an allocation of a quarter-million-dollars to the City of Marysville, to assist in the estimated $800,000 cost to remove the top floor of the Hotel Marysville, an abatement measure that Caltrans says will allow them to fully reopen E Street.
The City Manager indicated work will begin next month and be completed “mid-January” according to The Appeal-Democrat, which also reports the Yuba Water Agency “indicated” that they’ll “consider” a matching grant at their meeting next week.
