(Butte County, CA) – Jim Goodwin’s city manager travels have landed him in Butte County. The Town of Paradise has announced him as their new manager, effective the 31st of this month.

Goodwin was most recently Wheatland’s City Manager, and for ten years before that, the Live Oak City Manager.
