(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Sutter County Sheriff’s office reports a traffic stop on Butte House Road just west of Sierra Central Credit Union Tuesday, resulted in multiple weapon, drug and child abuse charges. This was after it was determined the driver, 24-year-old Francisco Ramirez is on parole, and an 18-year-old passenger, Anthony Jose Arroyo had an active warrant.
A vehicle search turned up two loaded firearms, narcotics, scales and cash.
Additionally, a 16-year-old male in the vehicle was booked on charges including carrying a loaded firearm in public. A 4-year-old child in the vehicle was turned over to CPS.
