(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – After five years of delays, the Sutter County DA reports 44-year-old Parmvir Singh Gosal of Tracy pled guilty to sword attack charges, filed following the 2018 Yuba City Sikh Parade. He also pled guilty to a related charge of beating a key witness at a target store in Lathrop, June 8th 2019.

Gosel’s sentencing is scheduled for January 29th.

In addition to prison time, Gosal will also be ordered to pay victim restitution.
