(Wichita, KS) – A Yuba City man has been arrested in east Wichita Kansas, and charged with the 1st degree murder of his mother.

21-year-old Devin Joel is also charged with aggravated burglary & attempted aggravated robbery, according to 101.3 KFDI. His mother, 46-year-old Kacey Joel, was found seriously injured in her backyard and later died at the hospital. Witnesses reported Joel running from the scene and he was caught after a brief foot chase.
