(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Sutter County DA has issued a press release reporting the sentencing of 29-year-old Marco Antonio Sandoval-Diaz, of Yuba City to 24 years in prison. This comes after he entered a no contest plea to two counts of the continuous sexual abuse of 2 children. Sandoval-Diaz was the victim’s step-father.

The abuse occurred from March 2016 through November 2019, when one of the victims reported it to a school counselor, who then contacted C.P.S and the Yuba City Police Department.
