(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Even though the Yuba City Police Department has made an arrest in Saturday’s stabbing murder at the In-N-Out parking lot on Anette Way, they’re seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the owner of a full-sized gray F-150. YCPD believes the occupants were witness to a murder that left a Plumas Lake man dead.
