(Olivehurst, CA) — A woman is recovering after nearly drowning in Yuba County. The woman lost consciousness while saving her children from drifting away on a raft on the Feather River on Saturday night. It happened in the Grays Beach area, south of Olivehurst.

The woman’s brother jumped in the water and brought her to shore, where she eventually regained consciousness on her own. No one else was injured.
