(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Cal Fire reports the Sicard Fire is 80% contained now, and unchanged at 13 acres for over 24 hours. No structures damaged or destroyed and no injuries reported.

The Yuba County Office of Emergency Services posted yesterday that all mandatory evacuations orders were lifted. However, “this is not an invitation to check out the area” noting that there are still “emergency workers up there in the burn area, so please give them space to do their jobs.”
