(Oroville, CA) – Two arrests have been made in connection with the murder of 17-year-old Justina Stubbe of Oroville.

She was at a party in a Chico apartment earlier this month and was killed when shots were fired into the building from a passing car. 18-year-old Castrejon-Sanchez of Chico and his cousin, 21-year-old Marcos Douglas-Ayala of Hamilton City are each charged with a count of murder and five counts of attempted murder. They’re being held without bail.

A third suspect is being sought: Douglas-Ayala’s brother, 33-year-old Alejandro Douglas, who is also wanted by the U.S. Marshal’s Office for probation violation on a drug trafficking conviction in South Carolina.
