(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Sutter County Sheriff’s office reports that deputies responded at 1:30 yesterday morning to a call from the Sikh Temple on Tierra Buena Road in Yuba City, reporting an attempted break-in. The deputies conducted a thorough search of the temple grounds and found 19-year-old, Tye Dickson of Rio Oso, and a 15-year-old Yuba City male, wearing all black clothing, including black gloves & masks.

A press release reports “throughout the investigation it was found both were at the temple to steal religious money.”

Dickson was booked into the Sutter County Jail for Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, Burglary, and Possession of Burglary Tools and the 15-year-old was cited and “released to his respective guardian.”
