(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba City Police Department reports that late Monday night at approximately 11:00, officers on foot patrol walking Forbes avenue near Cooper, spotted Sarah Ramirez and Randall Jiminez, both individuals had outstanding felony warrants.

The two immediately ran into and barricaded themselves inside a residence. After an approximately three hour standoff, both were found in a hidden room and surrendered. According to a release, “Officers located a baggie containing 0.73 grams of methamphetamine and an additional 2.13 grams of methamphetamine on Ramirez.”

While on the scene, officers also recovered a vehicle reported stolen last July, and another individual, Isaac Deleon, “was located inside the residence and was later also booked on his felony warrant.”
