(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Select members of the public took a sneak preview tour of the new Feather River Temple yesterday, with an open house for the public set to begin Saturday at 3 p.m.
The temple’s groundbreaking was in the summer of 2020, and the completed version encompasses over 9 acres, with 41,000 square-feet and as The Appeal-Democrat reports, a “signature statue of the prophet Moroni from the Book of Mormon.”
The open house beginning this weekend will be open to the public, including those not affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. However, that opportunity to visit closes on September 9th.
