To the south, Sacramento Executive Airport topped out at 107 degrees. That beats the old record of 106 degrees set on July 16th, 1961. Stockton hit 109 degrees, breaking its record of 108 degrees for the date, set in 2005. Vacaville was also at 109 degrees, tying a record.
