(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The latest numbers from the North State Building Industry Association remain encouraging.

For July, in the Sacramento region, which includes Yuba and Sutter Counties, 498 new homes were sold, a 213% increase above the historical July average.

In Yuba County, 27 new homes sold last month: 19 in Plumas Lake alone, while 4 were sold in Sutter County.

Federal flood mapping severely restricts new home building in Sutter County however.

Sacramento county led the region with 226 new homes sold, followed by Placer County with 176, with 125 of those in Roseville.
