(Foresthill, CA) — The Foresthill community is dealing with heavy snow after the area nearly burned down during the Mosquito Fire just months ago. Those living in the Placer County community are struggling with power outages and dangerous road conditions.

According to the outage map on the Pacific Gas & Electric website, most of Foresthill is without power as of this morning.
