(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – In Yuba County Court yesterday, 50-year-old Larry Lee Anderson Jr. of Plumas Lake was arraigned on charges of 2nd degree murder, DUI causing injury and felony hit & run. The charges stem from a four vehicle collision Monday evening, resulting in the death of 34-year-old Shane Bunn of Marysville.

Anderson was tracked down and arrested around four hours after the fatal collision.

Anderson pled not guilty to all charges and his next court date is scheduled for March 13th. The judge ordered him held without bail.
