(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – At their meeting Tuesday, the Marysville City Council gave the green light to move forward with proposed changes to the city’s parking code. That includes removing the current “1.5 onsite parking spaces per residential or hotel unit “ according to The Appeal-Democrat. However, that change would not apply to B, C, or D streets, from 1st to 9th Streets.

The change is being made with the belief that it will increase development.

A second reading and vote on the parking code change is scheduled for December 5th.
