(Oroville, CA) – The Oroville Police Department reports suspects involved in two robberies and assaults Wednesday evening are still being sought.
The first victim ran 2 blocks from his home in the 2100 block, to the police department to report two suspects forced their way in “and had begun riffling through his possessions” before fleeing, according to Action News.
At around the same time the victim was reporting in-person, dispatch received a 911 call from Wilcox Avenue “for a man heard screaming for help.” The suspects had left the scene by the time officers arrived.
That victim sustained minor injuries.
An Oroville Police spokesperson tells the TV station they have identified the suspects, but are not releasing their names.
