In Oroville, a Magalia woman is arrested after officers find guns, ammunition, methamphetamine, and a pipe.

Oroville police, who were responding to a  welfare check of a vehicle on Saturday at the AutoZone, on Oroville Dam Boulevard, discovered two women slumped over as the vehicle was running. Both wake up…the officers tell them to keep their hands inside the vehicle.

Alisha Hill, doesn’t listen as she starts moving around then gets out of the truck. The cops think she’s on something, a sobriety test proves it, they say. After a tussle, she is brought in on drug charges along with DUI and more.
