(Butte County, CA) – A federal grand jury has indicted 58-year-old Kevin Gipson of Oroville on charges of enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity.

Gipson was arrested following an investigation by the FBI, Sacramento Valley Hi-Tech Crimes Task Force and the Sacramento County Sheriff’s office.

If convicted, Gipson faces life in prison and a quarter-million-dollar fine.
