(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – In Wheatland, an officer pulled over a vehicle yesterday for speeding and a mechanical violation, that resulted in the arrest of 21-year-old Manuel Maravilla of Olivehurst. 

Maravilla was charged with carrying a loaded forearm in public, concealed firearm in a vehicle and possession of a short-barreled shotgun.
