(Sacramento, CA) — The Oakland A’s are moving to Sacramento. Sports Anchor Bill Herenda says this may open the door for a Major League Baseball Franchise in California’s Capital. The A’s say their negotiations with the Oakland Coliseum were out of reach.
The team will be in Sacramento for the 2025 season and stay for three years at Sutter Health Park, where the Sacramento River Cats currently play.
The A’s are using Sacramento for a temporary home while a new stadium for the team is being built in Las Vegas.
