(Colusa, CA) – It may be near the end of August, but summer is not over yet. Especially in Colusa, where a new ‘splash pad’ opens this afternoon at 3:00. The grand opening, or ‘Maiden Splash’ will be next to the Colusa Pool at A.B. Davison Park, located on 10th Street.

The Appeal-Democrat reports the new splash pad will be open to the public from 3-7 p.m. Hours change after Friday to 9:00 in the morning until 7:00 in the evening, and plans are for this new attraction to remain open until the end of September.
