(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – New Pacific School has been denied a local charter for a second time, after the Sutter County School Board declined to accept the Pacific Charter’s Institute’s application for a physical location.

The Yuba City School Board Denied a similar petition last August.

While the Sutter County School Board disagreed with several of the Yuba City District’s reasons for denial, they did agree that there are concerns with “it’s lack of a facility among other administrative issues” according to The Appeal-Democrat.

A new Pacific School opened in Roseville last August and has been accepted in Rancho Cordova for the 2023/24 school year.
