(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Sutter County Coroner has released the names of the three people killed in a head-on collision on HWY 99 near 113 late Saturday morning: 48-year-old Ricardo Joso Soto & 43-year-old Juan Diego Soto Castro, both of Yuba City and 20-year-old Shane Loudermilk of Gridley.

According to the CHP Yuba-Sutter collision report, Loudermilk was driving south on 99 when he crossed over into the northbound lanes, colliding head-on with Castro’s vehicle.

Drugs and/or alcohol are considered factors.
