(Wheatland, CA) – Following a Friday night traffic stop resulting in a meth and marijuana seizure and one arrest, the following day (Saturday), Wheatland Police pulled over a vehicle for expired tags, at HWY 65 and State Street.

The driver, a 53-year-old Citrus Heights resident, whose name is not given, “admitted to possessing a firearm inside the vehicle” according to a release. That release adds, a search located a “Makarov Pistol, 4 grams of psilocybin mushrooms (aka magic mushrooms) and 9 grams of methamphetamine”
