(Yuba-Sutter. CA) – The Marysville City Council has approved entering into an agreement for the sale of 11,000 square feet at 302 and 304 D Street, to Harinder Johl for $66,800, for the development of a four story, 34 unit apartment complex. The Appeal-Democrat reports Johl “was confident the new building could be completed within 24 months.”

Johl was born and raised in Yuba City, has also reportedly been in discussions with Adventist-Rideout officials “about housing around the hospital and downtown” including Hotel Marysville refurbishing, that “would be quickly be occupied by employees.”
