(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – One of Marysville’s oldest bars, The Cigar Box, has had its liquor license suspended for allegedly serving a minor who was then critically injured in a vehicle collision.
The Alcohol Beverage Control Director issued a release as the result of an investigation into the July 27th alleged serving of a 19-year-old, who reportedly hit two vehicles after he drove away from the d street bar, then collided with a tree, sustaining major injuries.
ABC has ordered The Cigar Box’s owner must transfer their liquor license within 180 days, or it will be revoked entirely.
