(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Yuba County officials issued a traffic release yesterday advising that “if you travel Highway 70 to the north of Marysville, heads-up,” saying that they just received word that Caltrans’ contractor “will resume major construction activity along a nine mile stretch, just north of Marysville to East Gridley Road.”

Although The Appeal-Democrat is reporting this morning that the contractor “started mobilizing equipment and resumed paving operations this week” citing city “officials.” However, it’s not reported specifically, when this week.

The Yuba County release reports work will be ongoing, Mondays – Saturdays and that you should allow additional travel time “as there will likely be slowdowns, particularly during overnight hours.”
