(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Marysville Police Department reports a loaded firearm was seized during a traffic stop yesterday.

The driver, identified as Neil McReynolds, age & city of residence not provided, was pulled over at approximately 2:40 yesterday afternoon in the 1400 block of B Street “due to reckless driving” according to a release from MPD. A “loaded Springfield 1911 .45 caliber firearm was located during the investigation.”

McReynolds was booked for alcohol and firearm related charges.
