(Placer County, CA) — An 18-year-old from Lincoln has been arrested in connection with a hate crime and assault at Blaze Pizza in Roseville on September 19th. Police say Igor Dragun, who was upset by a pride flag, returned to the restaurant with two men, assaulted employees, and fled.

One worker was hospitalized with facial injuries.

Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage and continuing to investigate the other suspects with the Placer County district attorney.
