(NorCal, CA) – DWR’s Lake Oroville report this morning has it at 791-1/2 feet, up 3 feet from yesterday’s report, 59% of capacity, up 1%, now 106% of its historical middle of January average.

Meanwhile, Lake Shasta is reported at 980 feet, up one foot, at 53% of capacity, 85% of its historical average for this time of year.
