(Oroville, CA) – Lake Oroville is approaching 90% capacity. It is currently at 873 feet this morning, just 27 feet from the top now, at 88% capacity.
Releases have remained in the 14,500 cubic feet per second range over the last 12 hours or so, with inflow as low as 14,700 and as high as 19,900 over the same period.
To our north, Lake Shasta is at 92% capacity, with outflow into the Sacramento River fluctuating dramatically over the last 12 hours: as low as 25cfs and as high as 12,570, with inflow as low as 10,487 and as high as 15,696.
