(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – In Yuba County Court, a jury has found Chris Brown of Olivehurst guilty of attempted possession of child pornography.

The case began when a 10-year-old with an Instagram account and the child’s mother began noticing Brown following the child’s account. Posing as her child, the mother began communicating with Brown, who asked the mother – believing she was the child – if the child “wanted to have some sex” according to a Yuba County D.A. press release. It adds Brown also “repeatedly requested nude photos.”

When deputies went to arrest Brown at his residence, he jumped out of a back window naked and led police on a 10 minute foot chase, through allies and backyards before being caught.

Brown faces 4 years, 4 months in prison.
