(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba County Coroner has released the identity of the woman found dead in Marysville Monday morning as 36-year-old Judith Bennett.

Marysville Police responded to the discovery at 7:30 Monday morning in the 400 block of 1^st Street. Bennett was found on the ground and partially clothed, according to The Appeal-Democrat. Both the Marysville Police department and the Yuba County Sheriff’s office spokespersons tell the paper that no foul play is suspected. However, they’re still seeking information from anyone who may have it regarding Bennett’s death.

The MPD source went on to tell The Appeal-Democrat Tuesday that investigators found Bennett “had recently been suffering with serious health issues and was also using illegal drugs.”
