(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – Follow up to a fatal collision KUBA reported on Monday morning.

The Sutter County Coroner has identified the victim as 54-year-old Felipe De Jesus A Castellano of Williams. He was driving a full-sized pickup east on HWY 20 at around 5:10 Monday morning. According to the CHP,  while attempting to pass just west of Acacia Avenue, without “sufficient distance” he collided head-on with a Dodge Charger driven by 39-year-old Lakhvir Singh of Olivehurst, who sustained major injuries.
